Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped from our warehouses in Los Angeles County.

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning.

 

  Domestic Shipping:

  •  Domestic (3 days) : FREE
  •  Please note, due to COVID-19 the shipping time may take longer

  Worldwide Shipping:

  • USPS First Class Package International (7-21 days)
  • DHL Express (2-5 days) if available
  • Typically there won't be any customs or import fees. We do our best to minimize any customs charges relating to the invoice but they will vary from country to country and we cannot guarantee what they will be in advance.

 

    *Please note that these are estimates and aren't guaranteed, we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. 

     

    Refund and Returns:

    All sale items over 5% OFF are final and not subject to return, please read ;

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you MUST first contact us at info@thedopewallet.com

    We will provide instructions. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    DO NOT ship and return any items back without contacting us first. Items returned without any acceptance from us are not eligible for refund or exchange.

    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items over 50% OFF


    Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Discounted items more than 50% OFF , are final and cannot be returned, we will only accept exchange if the item have eligible quality for exchange. International orders are final and are not qualified for exchange nor return.


    Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Discounted items more than 30% OFF , are final and are not qualified for a refund. International orders are final and are not qualified for exchange and return.
